Project 3
The sequence of photos show the landscaped garden, followed by the design and then a series of pictures showing before, during and after.
This is a family garden to include a large lawn play area, with elegant adult space for dining and relaxing, plus a more functional area for growing produce.
Raising large sections of the garden created a level lawn play area, whilst adding additional height interest to a defined pathway. The curved and smooth edges lead the eye down through the garden to the dining area, whilst the fencing creates a secret garden for the additional paved relaxing area, Summer house (which we also constructed) and vegetable garden.
The clean lines make the garden easier to maintain, whilst the materials achieve a natural look to complement the surrounding Dartmoor.
